EVERY Christian is “SAVED TO SERVE”. No believer is an exception. We are all instructed as according to:
Matthew 28: 20: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
And as according to:
Matthew 25: 31-40: Jesus talks about feeding the hungry, clothing the naked and giving shelter to those in need as being like doing so unto Him (Christ).
We are again, SAVED TO SERVE; saved to do the will of our Father in Heaven and follow in the steps of our big brother Jesus Christ the Son of the living God, who paved the way before us and laid the solid foundation. “Upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it…”-Matthew 16: 18
As Christians we have been appointed with trust from the Lord. God has given us a measure of trust. One example is Free Will. God does not force us to choose Him. Rather, choosing Him is a choice.
To those that are in Christ Jesus, it is a joy to know the Lord. When we confess and receive Christ as our Lord and Saviour, we embark on the beginning of a journey. A journey in fulfilling our PURPOSE here on earth. Every person has a PURPOSE; a God-given assignment due unto each person.
God has created us with the innate tools; gifts and talents (1 Corinthians 12: 4-12; Ephesians 4: 4-12) for us to utilize in fulfilling our purpose in Him. True purpose can only be truly fulfilled in Christ Jesus.
People who have no navigation to their true purpose in this world are lost and need Jesus Christ the ultimate compass and GPS (Global Positioning System) to redirect them on the right route.
A part of being a volunteer here at Miracle Deliverance International Ministries, is to help you utilize the innate tools that God has given you; to help draw out and use those gifts and talents for the glory of God. Also to teach you tools, key and crucial to your walk with Christ. For example, the fruits of the spirit: patience, meekness, temperance, just to name a few.
